At the end of the last mental health conversation, it was suggested we have quarterly conversations around mental health. This quarter's conversation is around depression. 


Covid is bringing the mental health crisis to the forefront as many are suffering from various levels of depression.  During the month of January a senator who lost his son to depression.  He and his wife did not speak of his death, but how he lived each day fighting to live with depression.
